This Saturday, Sept. 19, Kennesaw State football takes on Tennessee in Knoxville. It's a big stage for the Owls, and faNILy is running a Kennesaw State spotlight campaign around the game.
What the spotlight is
The spotlight puts Kennesaw State athletes front and center on faNILy around game week. faNILy is a fan-to-athlete NIL platform where fans 18 and older can follow college athletes and buy digital content and experiences from them. The spotlight gives Owls fans an easy way to do that with the athletes they'll be cheering for on Saturday.
Why this kind of game matters
When a program plays a national power on the road, a lot of people tune in who wouldn't normally. Some are diehard Owls. Some are curious. Some are Tennessee fans watching their own team and noticing the other sideline. All of them are potential fans of the athletes on the field.
That's the moment faNILy is built for. An athlete who might not be a household name gets a much bigger audience for an afternoon. We want to make it easy for fans who notice that athlete to follow them, during game week and after.
